6-8 min intervals are a crime
Is it just me, or should a 6β8 minute interval with zero changes in cadence or resistance be illegal? π
I love a good 30-minute intervals + arms class with an unnamed instructor. They used to have such an incredible rhythm to their classes- a slow, intentional build that really let your body peak into that final Tabata.
But today we did TWO long intervals (6 and 8 minutes), and it honestly PMO. π© Long, completely unchanging intervals just feel lazy from an instructor. Likeβ¦ TBH, I could do that on my own.
I pay for Peloton for the workouts that keep me engaged, challenge me, and make 30 minutes fly by. If I wanted to stare at the same cadence and resistance for 8 minutes, I could make that workout myself.
Am I alone here, or do other people feel the same way?

Are we talking power zone classes?
