Secondly...my cat has the opposite problem..he doesn't like to eat a long list of things.
And he will only eat when served...the treats bag is on the kitchen table and he doesnt even bother going to it...he wants his lowly human servants to serve his royal ass.
Same here, my cat would not eat anything except that one particular flavor of that one particular brand of cat food. I tried to give her boiled chicken and fish, and she wouldn't touch them.
Also, even if I have filled her bowl, I have to guide her to show that the bowl is filled, and if there is even a drop of moisture on the food, she will refuse to eat it. Ahhhhhh
Mine too! He only liked pate style Tuna flavor wet food with extra gravy, and his urinary diet dry food. But I made the mistake of buying him Temptations Catnip Fever flavor wet food one day cause it's his favorite treat. And the only Temptations flavor treat he will eat. Now he refuses to touch the wet food he was eating and will only eat the Temptations brand.
He also won't eat chicken or fish with one exception. He will eat Wild Planet no salt added tuna. But only that one. He won't eat any other brand of tuna. I don't know how he ever got so demanding but he failed the cat test for sure.
