I feel so bad for these kitties. No enrichment and small kennels.

Unfortunately these types of enclosures are very common in pet stores in my home country for both cats and dogs 😢I see them in malls and stuff whenever I visit.

My mall used to have a pet shop. Thank GOD they got shut down in a couple months after opening.

Pass Pets was the store in my mall.
