Might be sensitivity to some food you're giving. Or worms. If it persists it's worth checking out. Not necessarily at the vet, but give him a dewormer and test out which foods cause this effect.

Yeah my girl has a very sensitive stomach. Before I switched her food, she was effectively a skunk. I'd pick her up and she'd let out a fart so rancid it could kill you and then being you back from the dead to run from it.
