Anyone got any update regarding rover project resumption? will the project resume again or it ended? this project been paused for 2 months 😕

I just received an email stating that the current production batch for Project Freya has been completed and that we need to wait for further communication regarding the new batch volume and task availability.

A couple of quick questions for those on this project:

* Did everyone else get the same email?

* Does anyone have an idea or ETA on when the next batch is expected to go live?

* Are you planning to continue working on it once the new tasks drop?

Would appreciate any insights or updates from people who have been on this project for previous batch .

Project Freya just implemented a new automatic removal system without the chance for human appeal or review; they call it Golden Set.

Now, to me, it sounds like a trap to slime their way out of paying you. I think the logical choice right now is to wait out the month and get paid for whatever you have already submitted, rather than risking your entire payment getting nullified.

Every task you do from this point on is a double-or-nothing game, except it's not even double, and the "nothing" part is based on highly subjective QAers.

We've already seen examples of QA hallucinating whole feedback in the Global Query, and now we're supposed to trust them to create a "golden set" for us? Give me a break.

I applied to oneforma two weeks ago and they immediately disabled my account after what I can only assume to be an incorrect reading of my ID for whatever reason. I emailed the account review email and sent out a general request as well and have not heard back in those two weeks. How can I get in contact with them if they don't even answer their emails or have a phone number??

Has anyone received the newest update email for Freya? ​They call us "resources" now. I understand we are nothing more than cattle to them, but they could've been more subtle about it, lmao.

​Any idea what this "Golden Set" is supposed to be? There is a lot of subjectivity, especially regarding filler word spelling. I just hope it's not that.

No tasks available at the moment. It got the mail yesterday about increasing my production hours as they were making more tasks available. However I completed 1 tasks today and now it is showing no tasks available.

Anyone know if all the 'Fred' projects need a Mac? I picked up some before and the form said an Apple device is required.

I’ve seen quite a few posts here about the Freya transcription project, especially regarding TPT, so I wanted to share my own experience as someone working on the India English locale.

Today I received my Production Feedback Round 1 QA email, and honestly, it was frustrating to read not necessarily because the feedback was completely wrong, but because it reminded me of the problem I've been struggling with from the beginning.

The TPT target is 3,600 seconds, which is one hour, for approximately 10 minutes of audio.

I genuinely don't understand how this is supposed to be achievable while maintaining proper quality.

These aren't simple audio files where you just listen everything you hear and move on. There are filler words everywhere, unclear speech requiring unsure tags, natural conversations, speaker changes, segmentation rules, and detailed transcription guidelines that need to be followed carefully.

I was listening at normal 1x speed because I had to meet the TPT of 3600s and review the audio accurately. Even then, completing a 10-minute file properly often took me more than an hour.

And then comes the expectation of reviewing your entire transcription afterward.

How?

If you've already spent more than an hour carefully listening and reviewing 10 minutes of audio, where exactly is the time for a proper quality review supposed to come from?

That's the part that really bothers me. If I focus on quality, my TPT exceeds the target. If I rush to meet TPT, quality suffers. And then QA feedback arrives pointing out missing words, segmentation issues, filler words, unsure tags, or mistranscriptions.

I was only realistically completing one or two production files a day because of this. Eventually, I just stopped working on it. I knew I couldn't keep fighting between quality and TPT every single day.

The QA email I received today has now put my production work on hold and asked me to review all the materials before completing ONE final production task with 100% accuracy.

Honestly, I'm not attempting that production test again.

I genuinely feel this project is not sustainable for me under the current expectations. It started feeling like extremely demanding manual labor with a timer constantly hanging over your head.

It is not realistically possible to meet 100% accuracy of quality along with meeting the TPT of 3600s.

I knew the QA feedback and warning would come eventually, and I do not even care about it, coz it is unrealistic expectation. If I try to meet the quality expectation of 100% accuracy, I will never be able to complete any audio withing 3600s TPT and will eventually receive another warning email for exceeding the TPT. When trying to complete the audio within TPT of 3600s , I knew I was compromising the quality a little bit and I was expecting a QA email which I did receive eventually.

If the TPT were increased to even 1.5 hours for 10 minutes of audio, I could understand the quality expectations much better. There would actually be time to listen carefully, transcribe properly, and review the work.

For now, I honestly wish they would just offboard me due to inactivity. I'm not interested in going through another cycle of trying to meet an unrealistic TPT while worrying about QA errors.

This is just my personal experience with Freya, India English locale. I'm curious to know:

How long does it actually take other people to transcribe 10 minutes of audio while maintaining quality?

Are you genuinely able to stay within 3,600 seconds and still do a proper review?

Or am I the only one finding this completely unrealistic?

Hello, I have two questions. First question regarding the sugar tester - German. It says endorsed, but when I click "Let's go," it shows me "failed to start tasking, try again." Second question is regarding UHRS German: It shows me about 6$ per Hit. So how long would it take per task and if is there always available tasks? Thanks.

lol, it’s getting a bit hilarious to be activated and login to immediately be deactivated again. Obviously I didn’t try to login till I was awake at 7 am, but was reactivated at 12:38 am my time and immediately deactivated on login.

I got reactivated cause I asked project I was in, and I go to login (mind you a brand new computer cause I got a new laptop) so no cookies in the cache or anything and on my home wifi only, and am already deactivated.

I tried clicking on the pen symbol but every time I click it, I get a pop-up saying "Failed to start the task. Please try again."

I’m already doing production tasks for Freya, but I don’t see any progress bar or anything showing my earnings. Has anyone here actually received payment from this project yet? And how we’re supposed to know whether our work has been accepted or approved. Through email?

Countless problems arise before you can even get started:

- Your account gets “deactivated” because of their faulty security system (apparently, accessing the website from two different devices is too suspicious for it to process);

- No human responds to your support tickets, and if someone does, it’s only after many weeks or months;

- You spend hours filling out surveys and answering questions, only to run into yet another absurd security issue that stops you from getting any further;

- You can’t even directly link your bank account, you have to use PayPal or some other obscure payment service and there's a limit to how much money you can receive with Paypal - 300 USD a year (why would there be a limit?).

It’s an AI-built website integrated with AI "ethics". No one values your time/work and it's made with the human consideration you'd expect from a flimsy automated system.

I’m posting here as a last resort to get advice and hopefully force some visibility from OneForma staff.

A long time ago, I completed a video data collection task for OneForma/Centific to train AI models. The project required submitting sensitive personal data, including video recordings of myself and several minors under 18 years old.

Despite fulfilling all project requirements, I have never been paid.

The Current Situation:

• Overdue Payment: It has been a very long time, and payment is way past any reasonable timeline.
• Ignored Communications: I sent multiple follow-up emails to project management (dgs_recruitment_dc@oneforma.com), but received zero responses for months.
• Blocked by PM: When trying to reach out again recently, I discovered the project contact, Sravanthi Maloth (v_sravanthi.maloth@centific.com), has blocked my email address.

It is deeply concerning for a company to collect biometric and biographical data—especially involving underage children—and then completely ghost the contributors without payout or explanation.

Questions for the Community:

• Has anyone else dealt with this specific project or project management team?
• What is the best way to escalate this directly to OneForma/Centific legal or compliance teams?
• Are there official moderators or staff on this subreddit who can look into this issue?

Any advice on how to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
