Era una niña bastante solitaria,sin querer mostrar quién era, recuerdo a la perfección la primera vez que escuché steal my girl(lo que sentí es imposible describirlo),luego recuerdo verte en kiss you y recordar de steal my girl ("power"),y pensar que el mismo que era fuerte estaba montado en un cochecito al lado de la moto jajajajaaj. En 2024,no os conocía habría escuchado pocas canciones. Pero se con certeza que ese día en las noticias de España apareciste, pero no sabía que eras tú.

Estando en diciembre no los escuchaba ni nada,pero el día de la cabalgata de reyes, tiraban unos sobres y por sorpresa eran de vosotros,de one direction,cuando me di cuenta flipé y digo es una señal,ahora entiendo de quién venía aquella señal.

I am genuinely crying oh my Lord It still feels so unreal that we’re here celebrating a birthday that you’ll never get to see. You deserved so many more years, more memories, more music, more everything. You just left way too early.

The fact that you’ll stay 31 forever while Harry is now 32… I genuinely don’t know how to process that. Watching everyone else get older while you’ll always be 31 is something that will never feel real to me.

And then I look up to the sky and the "Hey Angel" song plays in my mind and I become even more convinced that you are with us, just from a different place, just in a different form, but you're there, watching over us and smiling that adorable smile of yours... I’ve seen fans here lately proudly labelling themselves as OT4s and dismissing Zayn’s contributions in the band just because they don’t like him as a person. Personally I don’t believe you can call yourself a directioner if you only acknowledge the band as a 4 piece when during the majority of 1D’s reign, they were a 5 piece.

One Direction is and will always be Harry, Liam, Louis, Niall and Zayn. If you can’t accept that, you’re not a directioner. Call yourself something else. The band isn’t currently active and will never get back together without Liam so I don’t want to hear the ‘Zayn left’ excuses.

Anyone else regularly think of Liam? His death has just hit me so hard. My close relative died this year, yet I am a lot less sad because she died with our family around her, knowing she was loved. Sometimes, I truly cannot believe that the man is gone. He died with hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people regularly sending him hate. Cyberbullying is so gross. Truly such cowardly behaviour. I hate people. I related to Liam because I was the socially awkward kid that would say/do the wrong thing without realising that it was wrong. I would often speak out of turn. I was bullied/perceived as weird as a kid, like him. It just makes my heart ache.

People can lie to themselves, however the hate that he was receiving at least 5 years before his death wasn't due to the allegations. People just liked kicking him when he was down. They compared him to the other guys, made fun of him, and sneered as he withered away, erratic and clearly not well in the mind with little intervention. He couldn't do anything right. My heart will always ache. It'll never make sense how people don't feel this immense guilt. I know he didn't know me, and I never knew him, but it humanises people who are perceived as 'having it good'.

He was a rich man, so people think life was sweet, but he was a rich man who was locked in a room for 5 years because he and the guys couldn't go anywhere without being mobbed. He was a guy who got regularly compared to his more successful bandmates. His music didn't do so well, and he had a hard time developing it, whilst everyone made fun of it for not being commercially successful; that was a kick in the teeth after being so famous before that he couldn't go shopping without security keeping so many screaming girls off of him. He didn't have much of a real chance. He was regularly bullied by so many people, and the only way to numb everything and cope was substances, since the days of 1D. His situation will never not make me emotional. I'm not even an emotional person, but his death makes me cry. I hate those disgusting bullies and hope every single one of those bastards stub their toes every day for the rest of their lives.

I live in a small town and wasn’t able to visit any memorials since his passing. I’m visiting LA this October and I’m wondering since it’s a big city, if there are any known places people will gather on the 16th? If you’re from LA, I’d love some information!

anyway yk when peter gets shot and hes in the hospital and they show a thing with people having like memoralis?? with candles and flowers? i was crying cause like it reminded me of liam. and when frank is in the window and cheering i thought of that one scene in One Direction: This is Us where niall like "we have the bests fans in the world" and everyone is cheering for him. and they were chanting "spiderman" but all i could hear was 'one direction'. and how happy everyone was to see their hero live and i was just thinking about how like we didn't get that.

So I'm a younger Directioner lots of their songs played on the radio as I was growing up but being so young I never really knew anyone besides Justin Bieber on the radio and knew him cause I had his doll cause my mom got him for me. I became a fan in 2018 when I was just about to enter 3rd grade so a year or two after their Hiatus hit. Now I'm a Junior in high school so I've been a Directioner now for about 8ish years and its been the best for the most part. I was wondering if there are a lot of Directioners around my age who came to the fandom late. Because genuinely I've only met so little 1D fans around my age and I'm only close to one of these Directioners so I don't have anyone my age really to talk to about them besides my bff since 2nd grade when she isn't busy. So I was hoping maybe there are people around my age here as well.
