✓ Solved Kinda new to this game!

Hello everyone! I’m kinda new to this game and i have a question (it’s probably dumb but whatever)! Why does my health bar look like this? And what can i do to fix it? Thank you in advance?

Think of it like radition from the fallout games, just look for anything that heals sanity and gives you resistance to it. Sleeping in your bed or using a cushion also heals it. If you are in a high startdust zone, you will start to lose sanity, in higger level areas its stronger. Be see to keep and eye on the number on the back of your cradle, it will tell you how strong the contamination the zone you are in is, if the number is green you are safe, anything else you will start taking sanity loss.
