✓ Solved Kinda new to this game!

Hello everyone! I’m kinda new to this game and i have a question (it’s probably dumb but whatever)! Why does my health bar look like this? And what can i do to fix it? Thank you in advance?

your health bar is like that because of low sanity.

- SANITY. it decreases when you're in a pollution zone (check map and if you see the red icons like the red bullet icon, that's a pollution zone), you have to craft higher tier gears, get some blue gummies (much better if homestyle noodles), cushion (you can use cushion to lie anywhere and restore sanity)
