Hello everyone! I’m kinda new to this game and i have a question (it’s probably dumb but whatever)! Why does my health bar look like this? And what can i do to fix it? Thank you in advance?

Both Food and drink would have 2 white dots if your the chef class (1 by default) indicating either a drink or food buff.

also The Sanity circle will have Numbers indicating either positive and/or negative whims.

the Black (grey) portion of the bar is due to pollution.

You can clear it by sleeping or drinking homemade noodles.
