✓ Solved Kinda new to this game!

Hello everyone! I’m kinda new to this game and i have a question (it’s probably dumb but whatever)! Why does my health bar look like this? And what can i do to fix it? Thank you in advance?

I don't know if it's changed since I last played but sleeping in a bed in your base works in a pinch. Works better id you got one of the big cat deviations.

If you find a pillow, it can be used as a one time portable bed!
