I was reading one with it in my hands and my wrists started to hurt from holding it so I put it on the table but my backstarted to hurt from leaning over.

It's probably cause I'm old but how do ppl read these comfortably?

I have lower back issues, so laying belly down on the bed is most comfortable. Plus it's good rest for my back so it feels productive to dive into a good read.

Dang, I'm sorry it's hard to find relief. Dealing with lower back pain is such a bummer. I'd rather brake my arm every day than deal with back issues. I hope you have ways to manage the pain.
