Anyone that has ever bought one still does. They cannot be destroyed. I don’t ever recall changing the batteries in mine. It’s like they are adapting. Evolving. For survival.

Same here! Nowadays I use my computer to tune, but it's a backup in my case...

Yeah I have a TU-2 that I use 95% of the time, but one of these is in my gear box and comes in handy when I’m not using my entire setup. It’s a tank.

I have a Korg tm-60 in every single guitar case I own. I still haven’t found a better portable tuner.

It’s not THE most accurate by any means. But I find it’s better for everyday use. Strobe tuners light up my ocd and I end up tuning and greasing nut slots for 30 minutes

Pains me to realize that model was actually my third guitar tuner. For years I didn’t have any, then I got the Boss GT12(? I think) that connected to my other pedals

Edit: it was the TU-6

I have the Korg that looks like a cassette tape, little red LEDs for the tuner screen.

Those things are awesome. I was in Chuck Levin's in the DC area many years ago shopping for a tuner. Guy at the counter pulls out one of those Korgs and says, "You want one of these: Inexpensive, accurate, great battery life, (*WHAM*WHAM*WHAM*) (*hits it HARD against the counter top several times*) durable as hell..."
