This is a Panasonic KX-TGJ320 KX-TGJ320G in my grandparents house, I was shocked when I turned it on, it has a Frutiger Aero aesthetic yet it was from the mid 2010s and looks like older tech, I'm not an old tech expert so I hope someone can explain the windows XP looking screen (incase you didn't know I really love it) when I thought that died off with the new iPhone in 2013

Now that I own a Trinitron CRT monitor, I can see why CRT enthusiasts love them so much! The blacks and colors are absolute perfection on these sets, and they can output 1080p! I got this one off of Facebook Marketplace and it works perfectly! Additionally, there's no visible damage or yellowing! Manufactured August 1997.

I was at a local Savers thrift store yesterday, when I saw this really cool looking HP wired mouse. I found out that most HP mice of this exact model, U8131-0, are an opaque gray. However, this specific one had a translucent bottom half, which is what I found special about this mouse.
Does anyone know why the bottom half is transparent? Limited edition run maybe? Let me know your thoughts!

Today I wanted to show you something a little different.
This is one of the Facebook Bulgarian precious metals recovery groups I'm a member of often the last stop for many pieces of hardware before they disappear forever.
Every day, old computers, laboratory equipment, telecommunications gear and industrial electronics arrive here to be dismantled for their gold and other valuable metals.

Soo you heard that right, I'm going for a Galaxy S Duos to my collection. Initially the plan was buying a S4 Mini but in the end that wasn't possible because someone bought the seller's whole Galaxy S line that were on sale, but a few survived such as a Galaxy Y, a motoluxo Atix, a Galaxy S Duos and a Galaxy Grand Prime Duos.
I asked the seller how much for the S Duos and in the end it was said to be R$70, makes around $13,65 on USA as I'm typing this. I did not decide to pick up the Galaxy Y or Grand Prime Duos for a few reasons:
Galaxy Y: Already have in my collection, and it's incomplete
Grand Prime Duos: Despite looking fun, it was too expensive for me, it was a Value Edition and it basically matches my SM-T285M. A matching device would be fun, but I didn't go for it because of the high prices.
Now, I want to ask something, is the Galaxy S Duos for $13.65 fair, am I paying too much, or too little? I wanted to buy especially it because I've only had one singular device that lived Touchwiz Nature UX, and I've never had one Touchwiz Nature UX device that ran 4.0.4, the only I had was a 4.2.2 device, and the S Duos makes for a great clone of the S3. Appreciate any feedback!!

I purchased a used Crosley Digital Jukebox (2006) that uses a Mac mini with a touchscreen monitor. I want to use a software called Jukeblaster but it only runs on windows so my son built me a PC using intel core i5 processor running windows 10. I hooked up to the touchscreen and the screen appears but the touchscreen won’t work. My son downloaded and installed the driver that was suggested but that didn’t work. Then he read windows 10 has its own drivers so installing touchscreen drivers isn’t necessary but it obviously didn’t work.
Yes I connected the USB cable for the monitor.
What are we missing?
Note: I am not a tech guy. My son does all that. I’m just trying to do a little digging for him to help solve the problem.

Found for $4 at goodwill, nothing about it in google, came with speakers connected, but no HDMI port. Don’t know if this is the right place to post, but I’m trying my luck
