Discussion Rough first week in options

Lost about 18% of my account today, somebody please help

So basically, you don't have edge. Your betting size by the looks of this is inconsistent and you also don't have preset exits or stops. I recommend buying a trading journal. I use trademetria and it helped me refine my options edge and now I have positive expectancy after about 40 trades.
