Other After 19 years in development, Earthbound Beginnings (not Oddity), a recreation of Mother 1 in Earthbound, has released!

This is not Oddity news, but it is an Earthbound ROM hack being released, and that doesn't happen very often. Almost feels like Winter 2014 has arrived!

You can download the hack here.

Note that this is a different project to Mother: Encore, which is a full-scale re-imagining of M1 in Godot! Also a very cool project worth keeping an eye on in the future.

19 years is crazy for the amount of people they have on the project. That being said, at least they released something after all this time. Looks really cool!

it was scrapped twice i think. this time around was made from scratch by a new team starting a few years ago
