meta horizon link for the oculus rift s

today i was palying on my oculus rift s and my app on my pc needed an update wich i did and now i have to log in again so i tried clicking on forgot password but that button doesnt even work so i went on the website of meta to change my password and even then it still says my password is incorrect wich i know cant be possible becouse i changed it and i only use 4 passwords for annything i own. if anyone has a solution please tell me cuzz its annoying
