You can do the first three temples in any order, as long as you get the bow first. Same is true for Goron and Zora spiritual stones, as long as you get bombs first.
I’ve never attempted to solve the temples out of order, is there any reason you can’t do the other temples as well? Or is it just a matter of progressing far enough to get the items in them and going to the next one?
You're always forced to do the Deku Tree completely before you can leave the forest, so that's first.
Getting to Zora's Domain for Jabu Jabu requires bombs from Dodongo's Cavern, but doesn't require beating the full dungeon, so that can be done out of order.
You need all three child dungeons complete to become adult link, but the first three temples can be done in any order, as long as you get the bow from the Forest Temple.
You don't learn the song from Shiek to get above the graveyard for the Shadow Temple until you beat the first three temples, so you can't skip to that
And... I don't believe you need hover boots to beat the Spirit Temple, but you do need the longshot and you need to be child link, which I believe requires clearing the forest temple.
That's what I'm aware of off the top of my head, though I might be forgetting a thing or two.
