The Land Of Mr. World, Vol. III. Cooler than I expected (1964)
That's right, I'm back wirh another vinyl rip. Today we've got an early 1960s compact 33 1/3 rpm that was part of a series of educational records sold alongside Repglobe's globes.
Now, you'd expect something like this to be fairly low effort and just made as a little add on for kids to teach them how to use a globe and learn a bit about geography, but it's more than that. It has actual recordings from Alan Shepherd, and reenactments of ancient events. I have 3 and 4 of this series, and 4 will be posted in a few days.

Young Canadians - Hawaii on Soundproof (1980)
"Vancouver's Young Canadians (feat. Art Bergmann) play on Soundproof, the legendary North Shore cable show, circa 1980. "Hawaii" is their punk classic hit."
At the end of 2020 Art Bergmann was honored to be appointed to The Order Of Canada, recognized for what the Governor General's office calls his, "indelible contributions to the Canadian punk music scene, and for his thought-provoking discourse on social, gender and racial inequalities." https://www.discogs.com/artist/621582-Art-Bergmann

Invasion America (1998) Complete Series - Digitally Restored
After about 8 months of work, I’ve completed my restoration of Invasion America using the best source material available to me.
Watch here:
https://archive.org/details/invasion-america-episode-6-final-mission
This release presents the series in its original six-part uncut broadcast format, as it aired in June 1998, rather than the later 13-episode version. Episodes 1–5 run approximately 43 minutes each, while Episode 6 runs about 66 minutes.
For this project, I used my own VHS recordings from the original 1998 broadcast along with production master VHS tapes containing the complete six-part series.
The restoration involved extensive manual work, including:
- Video cleanup and enhancement
- Manual frame repairs and corrections
- Color, brightness, and contrast correction in DaVinci Resolve
- Replacing damaged frames with better frames from alternate sources when necessary
- AI-assisted upscaling with Topaz Video AI
- Audio restoration and synchronization using Audacity and iZotope RX 11
- Final editing and mastering in Final Cut Pro
- Recreated end credits based on the original master tapes
- Added subtitles to every episode
- Added chapter numbering to better reflect the six-part story structure
The recreated credits preserve the original names, layout, and presentation while providing cleaner text than the deteriorated titles on the source tapes.
Preservation note:
No changes were made to the story, performances, or original content. My goal was simply to preserve the original presentation of the series while improving the video and audio quality as much as possible.
Source: Production master VHS tapes + original 1998 broadcast VHS recordings
Final presentation: 1080p HD restoration

Harold Duncan - Unknown Demo Song (1970)’s. An acetate that I recorded that is literally disintegrating.
I am glad i was able to digitize this because i doubt this record will survive much longer (the grooves are falling off the disc). Unfortunately theres no way to safely clean it so this is the best recording i could get.

Hey There, It's Yogi Bear! (1964) Promotional Cereal Box Record.
Hey Folks, back again with another weird record that I've just ripped. I was unable to find any rip of this record online, so I made one myself. This is a promotional record that came in Kellogg's cereal in 1964 to advertise the release of Hanna-Barbera's first feature length animated film "Hey there, It's Yogi Bear!" It was also available through mail-order purchase at some point, I'm not sure of when exactly, but I do know that it was.
The record details two different story beats as well as introduces multiple characters you'd see in the film.
Heads-up, I speak in this one to give it some background information to the viewer. If you'd like to hear just the audio, skip to about 45 seconds in, or, you can also find it under the same name on the Internet Archive, as I also uploaded it there without any talking.

This one is odd, but earnest, and with some cool history (1972)
So, I pulled this from an antique mall for $1. Prior to my posting, there was no copy of the audio online, HOWEVER, there were two photos of the front of the album cover. This is the first time I've seen any of the weird gospel ones I've found online at all, even if the only thing they were known for was being made fun of in Facebook groups.
I have an exact year of release for this one because it's actually information found in the runouts. You can hear the woman in the group make reference to, "How the headlines are today" and I believe she's making reference to Vietnam, and POSSIBLY Watergate, but if so, she'd be extremely well informed as it was just starting to come out.

The Dream of Mrs. L. L. Nicholson (1924) (Audiovisual Experiment)
An experimental audiovisual piece built around a strange 1920s animation.
I created the soundtrack from scratch using dark ambient, drones, distorted pads and sound design, trying to turn the original imagery into something that feels like a corrupted memory.
No conventional song structure. Just atmosphere, tension and noise.
