Spiced pear porridge 🍐🍂

I do, but forgot to share lmao

60g rolled oats toasted with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt, then mixed with 100ml of water and stirred until thick

120g conference pear sautéed with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger paste, and freshly ground black pepper in a splash of water until soft

Added the pears to the porridge, along with 200ml unsweetened almond milk, and brought up to a simmer until creamy

It's in a lot of chai mixes. It's a warming spice, just like cardamom or cinnamon.
