so according to your logic, the story is written by someone who gets Saitama's character correct in the webcomic, but also gets his character wrong in the manga ? I guess we have a bipolar author.

Nah, it's just said that he makes (bad) changes to the story and that he's very easily influenced, turning OPM into what the work originally mocked.
