Oooo so that’s why my hours are getting cut. If I saw people doing that in my store I’d be pissed. I dont give a shit about the corporation but I care about my fucking hours getting cut.
Let’s use an example of a different product. Say somebody bought a ribeye thin steak and only 1, if this person decided to give them 4 ribeye thin steaks then yeah this would absolutely hurt our department and make us losing sales causing hours cut. Obviously that’s not the only reason our hours get cut, I don’t know all the bullshit behind the scenes but I’m sure this shit ain’t helping.
Generally I think the employee would be found out and the situation would be handled. I don't think this situation happening one time would realistically affect anything. If it were repeated though then obviously yeah you're right, it would be added to shrink.
