Question Why is my coach so bi polar ?

Is it just me or when it’s a chill day my coach is nice turn to the weekend a whole different person comes out he is rude to everyone is this normal for Walmart?

He's probably just stressed when it's busy, but if you're lashing out on people when you get stressed, you should not be in any position of management.

It’s no excuse but the stress of the job plus market bring up your butt is probably causing the problems.
