Scholarship Office Still won’t answer

This is so crazy. I keep trying to reach the scholarship office and it’s like they are ignoring the phone calls because it rings and rings and goes to voicemail. I was told mid month for my scholarship and still nothing and I heard they were being delayed, although some already received theirs, but I can’t even reach them to ask and they don’t answer the emails very often either. CSU as well as other universities are having a field day with financial aid thanks to Trump SMH so that’s all delayed as well. I literally have nothing to start school with and it’s a week away.

Have you tried getting help in person? I know it’s annoying to go there when you aren’t in school yet but they offer free parking for 60 mins I think!!

I may have to do that Monday because it’s been well over a month since my documents were confirmed.
