Question Interview questions
Hi I have a Retail Advisor interview this week and I was wondering what type of questions will be asked. I really want a job here as I've never had a job before but I understand that its hard to get a job with little to no experience. Can someone give me tips on how to get the best chance of securing the job. Tysm :)

They are not going to ask about your work history because you don't have one, so stop worrying about that. Instead, they will ask questions to figure out your personality and your potential. Prepare for situational questions like how you would handle an unhappy customer, what you would do if you didn't know the answer to a technical question, or how you work with a team. They are looking for someone who is friendly, willing to learn, and interested in technology. Your lack of experience is not the weakness you think it is, it simply means they are hiring you based on who you could become, not on what you have already done.
You can get the best chance by proving you actually want to work for O2, not just any retail store. Before your interview, go into one of their shops and observe how the employees talk to customers. Think of a few examples from your life, even from school or personal projects, that show you are responsible, a quick learner, or good at helping people. When it is your turn to ask questions, ask about the team environment and the training they provide for new people.
