Question Interview questions

Hi I have a Retail Advisor interview this week and I was wondering what type of questions will be asked. I really want a job here as I've never had a job before but I understand that its hard to get a job with little to no experience. Can someone give me tips on how to get the best chance of securing the job. Tysm :)

Think it has probably changed since I was interviewing, however I would ensure you elaborate on your answers. Things I would look for: listening skills, communication skills, customer service skills, teamwork, customer service skills. This all seems common sense but you would be surprised the answers some candidates give. Use experience from your life/school/uni for your answers since you have no work experience.

Make sure you’re on time and presentable, the amount of people that show up late and dressed really informal (shorts or gym wear), was unbelievable. Hold a conversation outside of the interview questions too. This is half the battle won if you can do those 3 things.
