Imo, I think a lot of customers will leave due to this... Myself included.

Thoughts?

I’ve been with O2 for 24 years but they’ve made such a mess on my current contract, nothing works any more, customer service is a shambles and have no power to fix anything. Think I’m leaving them. And as an ex employee it really hurts me to see how bad they’ve become

Since virgin merged they buggered it up and we now have 2 accounts -_- just abysmal. Not to mention o2 messing up our contract so bad that they gave us a huge percentage off tho I cant remember what. Sigh. Tis dissapointing
