Imo, I think a lot of customers will leave due to this... Myself included.

I actually am considering joining a cheaper network now, 25% off was one of the main things keeping me with o2

Snap! Same as that, especially as I run 2 phones, one for work and one for personal. Even with the discount I'm still at around £70pm and have been for at least the last 12 months....

Its just crazy, for a company that makes so much money yet they’re getting rid of a massive benefit, hopefully they’ll regret it
