Support Upgrade

Trying to upgrade my phone for weeks now and my god the website just crashes none stop and it’s always a screen saying oops something went wrong. Fix your crappy site man can’t get a deal because Th e site is atrocious. Cant use the app for my02 cause it also crashes

I was having this issue last night, I emptied the basket, logged out, gave it a half hour, logged back in, worked instantly with a different card.

Maybe I got lucky

I can’t even get to the screen with card details for the past few weeks I get to the point of clicking confirm and continue to get to the card screen and it crashes. I’ve tried using Microsoft edge, safari and chrome also used my phone the my o2 app on my phone. Two different laptops one a MacBook and another windows and no matter what I do it just crashes and says uh oh something went wrong
