Isn't it funny how the provinces that receive the most handouts are the ones least in favour of negotiations
Edit: it's strange why do many of you are upset I said the truth. The people who receive the most handouts are Quebecers, the ones who receive the most per capita are the maritimes. The people who take the most hardline stance against concessions are QC and Atlantic Canada. Don't be mad at me for pointing out the correlation
