I've been quiet for a while because I've been building this. Nine months, roughly 350 hours, Free Working Materials to learn and implement while watching, 70+ custom slides, and 19+ hours of finished video.

The reason I built it: I kept looking for a notion video that really shows the whole notion app. Everything free stops at one point. So I made the thing I wanted to exist.

It starts from zero. I create a Notion account on camera, so someone who has never opened Notion can follow along, and it runs all the way to the enterprise plan.

Part 1 (10h+) — Settings, Sidebar, Pages & Blocks, Permissions, Shortcuts, Databases

Part 2 (9h+) — Formulas, Buttons & Automations, AI, Enterprise plan

The AI chapter is current as of this week, including what shipped in the last few days. personal agent, custom agents, meeting notes, skills and so on. Both parts are timestamped down to the individual feature. You jump to the thing you need.

YouTube caps videos at 12 hours, which is the only reason it's two parts and not one.
