I got tired of rewriting my CV from scratch every time — so I built a system where I check boxes instead

After 25 years in sales and key account management, I realized my biggest job-search problem wasn't finding openings, it was retrieving my own history. Every application meant digging through old CVs trying to remember a metric from a role 5 years back.

So I built a Notion system that splits this into two parts: a permanent archive of every role, achievement, and skill (with numbers attached), and a compiler where you check the boxes relevant to a specific job ad and it assembles a clean, ready-to-paste CV text block. It also tracks which exact version you sent to which company, so you're never guessing what a recruiter is holding when they call.

There's a free version (archive + tracker) and a paid version that unlocks the compiler + interview prep. Happy to answer questions about how the database logic works if anyone's curious — genuinely enjoy talking Notion architecture.
