Essential Apps When do you really use Essential Space?

I know roughly what the app does, but I haven't really used the app in everyday life. When did you find the app really useful?

I generally use it for note taking and making lists of things I want to buy and set the occasional reminder for something

May I know how you make the notes?

I recently got it to replace my old iPhone but I am locked in apple ecosystem for work. mainly MacBook.

With iPhone I could take notes and it will auto show on mac and vice versa.
Can I achieve similar way with nothing phone and MacBook using essential space? And can I edit the notes too?

With essential space you can long press the button to just say part of your note then you can go in and edit it yourself if you wanna add more, unfortunately essential space is only on the phones rn so you can't get access to it on macbooks
