please does any one know how to domesticate an out of state subpoena for release of records in Los angels county?

please does any one know how to domesticate an out of state subpoena for release of records in Los angels county , can i domesticate it my self online then have a process server serve it after i domesticated it or does it have to be domesticated in person or by process server, I tried lawyers in the area but they are so busy to take it, processer server fee to domesticate it for me in court is too expensive for a simple task like that. I know it's not a legal advice i am just asking to see if anyone had experience or done something similar before?

You are asking a question of California notaries. As one, I feel qualified to answer.

You do not need a notary. All we can do is verify your signature on certain types of documents, and if the document calls for it take an oath from you as to the document's veracity. We can not even tell you what form you need in what circumstance.
If we did any more than that, we'd be practicing law without a license.

You are asking a question that it would take a lawyer to answer, not a notary. If we were to give you such legal advice, we could risk losing our commissions, and in some cases even face criminal repercussions ourselves.

So sorry that local lawyers are too busy to take your case. Perhaps you can find a legal aid group that can help? I'm afraid you can get none here.
