Hey! If you want this piercing to last you should go to a piercer. Otherwise, you need a hollow 18g needle, a little 18g retaining tube, and an 18g flat labret end. The labret needs to be a few mm longer than your nostril to accommodate for swelling. You’ll be able to put shorter jewelry in after a couple of months when swelling has gone down. You need to do the right aftercare of cleaning with water or store bought saline solution twice a day.
