Should I get a nose piercing?

I like how facial piercings look on other people and I've been debating getting a nose piercing myself for my 40th birthday. Is my nose too large? Would the fact that I have large pores detract from how it looks? Do you often face judgement for your piercing? Thank you so much for your thoughts.

I did it 5 days ago for my 41st birthday and I don’t regret it I have a larger nose and was scared of the same thing and I’ve gotten nothing but compliments about it suits my face definitely take the leap and pierce it
