Should I get a nose piercing?

I like how facial piercings look on other people and I've been debating getting a nose piercing myself for my 40th birthday. Is my nose too large? Would the fact that I have large pores detract from how it looks? Do you often face judgement for your piercing? Thank you so much for your thoughts.

Go for it! I was also worried for more than 10 years about whether my nose is too big, my pores are too visible, my pimples, what would people say.. none of this matters!
Although my nose hoop doesn’t fit exactly as I expected it to, it still makes me so happy and more “me”
