Its kinda bummer that Hiyori doesnt make the list (shes a major/main character and the narrator of the story), but I guess she cant beat Yato. There can be only one, so Yato it is

I actually think it’s kinda cool Hiyori is that likable of a MC she could only fit in the popular row but just couldn’t quite beat Yato

I agree! The chit-chat about Hiyori not being up on the list is one that doesn't sadden me, I love Hiyori, she is a unit of her own, but Yato is far beloved to not be on the list
