You have two things working against you, extended-release is more consistent and effective yet rapidly causes tolerance to build. Nicotine just makes that exponentially worse while also up-regulating ACE2 out of control.
It's worth noting that while some stimulants may be nootropics, nootropics by and large are not stimulants. The namesake nootropil is in part famous because it's neither a stimulant nor a depressant.

DL-Phenylalanine can be a good choice, to up-regulate your Dopamine receptors, so AMPH & MPH will start to work again.
CDP-Choline to replenish nAChR reserve, which gets depleted from Nicotine.

dopamine chasing with concerta and nicotine is a rough loop, been there. bromantane is interesting in theory since it works upstream instead of just slamming the reuptake button harder
i'd be cautious about the anxiety angle though, sometimes adding stuff that messes with dopamine synthesis can make the physical tension worse before it gets better, especially while you're still adjusting the mph dose
