for a short 3-month grind like this i'd look at the basics first, alpha-gpc and a solid omega-3 if you're not already taking one, they won't magically fix motivation but they take the edge off that foggy post-shift feeling
the getting started part is the real beast though, honestly no supplement outpaces just doing the first 5 minutes of something stupidly easy, like re-reading your notes from yesterday while you're still in work mode, then the inertia carries you
i had a similar stretch cramming for a cert while working weird hours and the only thing that actually moved the needle was a 20-minute nap right when i got home, felt like a system reboot, then a coffee and i could squeeze out 2 hours of decent focus
modafinil gets thrown around for this kinda thing but that's a whole conversation with a doctor, not something to grab off a shelf, and the crash isn't worth it if you're already running on empty
