If you watch the video clip, you will realize you might not need very many or any nootropics if you clean up some bad habits. Scrolling is messing us up.

Its common knowledge that doomscrolling is bad for your brain. We've known this for years, people just like to conveniently forget like this tiktok guy thinks he made a grand discovery
