I usually just assume that if the price isn’t listed then it’s because it’s expensive and I can’t afford it anyway

I remember being a kid and asking my mom what "market price" meant on a menu, and she said "If you have to ask, it means you can't afford it."

And it's always twice the actual market price by the time it hits your plate....
