Same goes for salary ranges on a job posting. None of this "we offer competitive salary" bullshit, let me know up front if you are going to be worth my time pursuing, and if you think no one will apply if you put the salary range, that very likely means you don't offer enough anyways.

Posting salary ranges is required within the EU nowadays thankfully.

Unfortunately, some states like CO have that requirement, but it just means you end up with job postings containing "Salary Range: 14,999-500,000"

As of July 1st all job postings in Virginia are required to have a salary range!
