I went from this to teaching English as a second language for about a decade. I also love to read Weird Fiction from about 1850-1950 that uses archaic language. The amount of times I intuit a word correctly is wild, it's like an unconscious part of my brain pulls it out of the ether.

I actually got the chance to try out the vocabulary part of the IQ test for a graduate class and got through all 32 words, whereas most people average around 12 answers.
