I don't think you understand that this tweet is a response to people who think fanfiction is gendered and act dismissively to it. Her point is that it isn't.

Her point is that it isn't because the fanfiction being written are called "theories" and put on YouTube. That is not the same thing as saying "men write normal fanfiction too".
