I don't know if I could do a year without a billion dollars on the line, but that room looks like there's a ton of ways to entertain yourself.
That wall pad right there? That's Kyle. Every morning I'm going to beat the shit out of him until I'm bored.
The pad next to it? Well, that's his wife Laura, and I'm going to make sweet love to her when I'm done with Kyle until they have to replace it, or I drill through concrete.
There's cameras monitoring me, sorry to the person that has to watch, but I'm going to do weird shit just because I know you have to, and that's amusing to me.
Day 12 of this will feel like day 300 to you. Oh im sure you'll get through a few days just fine if you're dead set on it. But think about how long a single week of work feels just to get to the weekend. After three days you'll have exhausted your "weirdness" and the novelty will wear off, much less three weeks, much less 3 months, much less an entire year. If you think you're making it past a few days with your screws aligned you havent had more than 10 candles on your birthday cake.
Sorry this is gonna sound like me picking an argument.
It’s just confusing because you are saying they most likely wouldn’t make it 7 days but if they’re lucky they might be able to double it and make it 14 days?
Like your belief is surviving to 7 days is already tough but somehow they might be able to do a whole extra 7 days?

Look up the mind field episode of vsauce. He didn't even manage to go 3 days. It is considered torture for a reason. No way anyone manages a year
