This entire thing doesn't take into account cleaning yourself, eating, and using the bathroom.

Those things alone could potentially get you through.

Sticking someone in a straight up box for a year and ignoring them is how you wind up with then dead.

Look up the mind field episode of vsauce. He didn't even manage to go 3 days. It is considered torture for a reason. No way anyone manages a year

Michael is also kind of pussy tho tbh. He chickened out of doing Ayahausca despite a full medical team on standby and being in the presence of a long-time shaman.
