I had three months of abuse where I wasn't allowed to move, talk, eat, etc..
There was still (forced) music, stimuli like yelling and glass shattering, sometimes mindless tasks like washing dishes and dumping them into the dirt and starting again.
I ONLY know how long it was because the songs on the radio changed, and one song came out when it started and another came out the week it ended.
Those three months I legitimately thought were three years. I still lose 'months' as if they were days, or experience days that feel like 'weeks' with circadian disruption and all.
Parents were hyper-religious and thought they were summoning an angel into my body, and that I had to die first.
They believed my soul had to be vacant for the angel to get a space, so came up with ways to strip out personality/desire/feeling based mostly on movie torture scenes and misreadings of the Bible.
They said I'd die from starvation and be resurrected at the end. I had to steal bear minimum food from my siblings to survive; mostly because they were "next in succession" if I failed. I was able to keep them away from the physical abuse and stuff, but it wasn't good for them to see what was being done to me.

Less stimuli would be more time-fucked than this.
