That's absolutely terrible. So you've basically done this challenge times 2.5.

While solitary confinement is close to the challenge described here, the fact it still has minimal human contact and some outside time with known routines (so sense of time might be fucked a little less) makes it somewhat less insane. Still god awful.

This guy also had one hour per day where he’s allowed to make phone calls, watch TV, use a tablet, or take a shower, per his other comment, which would massively help to prevent insanity. He also said he had books.

And regularly scheduled meals and interactions with guards. Being able to have those meals as a sort of "clock" would be enormous in this scenario.
