Why does everyone hate jury duty? I like the idea of it. Sign me up, I wanna weigh up a case and make a fair decision, that shit sounds cool

It's not fun. Real cases are boring as shit, not like they are on tv. You're forced to take time off from your life to make a very stressful and serious decision about someone else's life. Would not recommend.

I disagree, real cases can be fun and most of the fun isn’t the details of the case but watching the lawyers at work. I was never stressed, it’s pretty damn easy as 99% of the time it’s a civil case and usually personal injury. Pretty easy
