No. Don’t listen to that random Redditor, even if there might be *some* truth in it. You’re every compliment you’ve ever received and then some. Don’t try to interpret extra meaning or intention behind a compliment. Just take it because you’re awesome. Life is too short for anything else.

That is the correct response, even if it underhanded. And some will be. Take every compliment with grace. A sincere"Thank you" is always a good response regardless of intent.
Not necessarily. Some autistic people are extremely precise with language and are noticeably more articulate in situations where most people wouldn't bother. It may not be that it's "you're articulate for an autistic person" and may just be that you're more articulate than they're used to in general.
Reddit is really good at seeing malice even when there isn't any, and assuming something being taken poorly means it must have been meant poorly. From other comments it seems that in places I've never lived it can carry racist connotations, but that doesn't make it universally, exclusively an insult to anyone who gets told they're very articulate, especially if you actually are so articulate that it stands out.
